Print and frame: 5-7 business days, plus delivery time.

Delivery times can vary depending on the carrier used, so please allow 2-5 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you’ll receive an email confirmation with your Australia Post tracking number, which you can track using this link.

RETURNS

We are committed to making your online shopping experience a positive one.

Any returns for products will be governed in accordance with our return policy.

We are unable to accept returns for made to order goods, such as artwork. This is effective once you make the order, as this is when these items will go into production.

Product Artwork Variation

The artworks sold by Marija Basic Art are made to order and professionally printed using fine art printing techniques and while we aim to ensure all of our artworks look as close as possible to the images displayed on our website, please understand that variations can occur from what is displayed on screen to what is printed.

Please note that we are unable to refund on items which have small variations in colour.
